» Cub Leader Training

All adult leaders MUST be trained.  Training sessions are offered as a two-evening course (21 Sep and 23 Sep 2019) or (September 28th and 30th 2019, or as a one-day event (9 Mar 2019).  Cost is $25.00 with Cub Scout Leader Book, $0.00 if you already have the book.  Pack 597 will reimburse leaders for basic training expenses.  For more information contact Mike Edler at nhcsalt@gmail.com. Sign up at bit.ly/csalt2018signup.

A lot of required training is now available online.  This will meet the national requirement for mandatory training, but the in-person program is highly recommended/encouraged/required by the pack leadership. If you require Fast Start or Youth Protection Training prior to attending, those programs are available on-line at: www.my.scouting.org.  You will need to set up a my.scouting.org account with your registration number.
